Gabby Triolo
Gabby’s passion for movement began in childhood through gymnastics, cheerleading, and yoga. These early practices gave her an appreciation for exercise that builds strength, physically and mentally. Pilates became the natural next step, offering her a method that combines discipline, balance, and a strong mind-body connection.
In 2025 Gabby completed the Classical Pilates USA Teacher Certification Program at Pilates Haus, where she trained under Brett Howard, Director of Education and a second-generation teacher certified by Joseph Pilates’ protégé Romana Kryzanowska, and Tetsuo Yoshida, a third-generation teacher and Teacher Trainer. Their guidance gave her a solid classical foundation and a deep respect for Pilates as a lifelong practice of self-discovery and resilience.
Outside the studio, Gabby works at CNN, where she blends her passion for media and journalism with her desire to help people by sharing information that connects and inspires audiences. A proud Penn State graduate, she brings creativity, communication, and care into every aspect of her work.
In her teaching, Gabby emphasizes form, flow, and body awareness. Her goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel challenged, motivated, and cared for. She believes Pilates is more than a workout. It is a way to strengthen the body, focus the mind, and build confidence both in movement and in life.
