Stephanie Zheng
Stephanie discovered Pilates in 2022 during a time when long hours of sitting left her feeling tired, disconnected, and less confident in her own body. What started as a way to improve posture gradually became something deeper—a practice that helped her reconnect, breathe more freely, and feel grounded again from the inside out. As her body began to change, so did the way she saw herself. Pilates supported Stephanie in building strength and alignment, but it also taught her self-acceptance—helping her move through life with more ease, calm, and confidence. That transformation is what inspired her to become an instructor and hold space for others to experience the same kind of healing.
Stephanie completed the Classical Pilates USA Teacher Certification Program at Pilates Haus, where she trained under Brett Howard, a Director of Education of the Classical Pilates USA Teacher Certification Program and a second-generation teacher certified by Joseph Pilates’ protégé Romana Kryzanowska. She also trained with Tetsuo Yoshida and Jessica Pallotti, third-generation teachers and Teacher Trainers.
Stephanie teaches with a gentle, nurturing presence. Her sessions are supportive yet thoughtfully challenging, with a focus on slow, detailed guidance — helping clients feel safe, understood, and steadily stronger over time.
